Baltimore poet David Franks was found dead in his home on Thursday, January 14,2010. He had been battling cancer and other health issues, though a cause of death has not yet been released. Joe Wall – “David’s web guy, collaborator, friend” – has posted a note asking for comments, stories, etc. to help rebuild David’s web site, which had lost content due to a server error.
