The Bookseller, Inc. Established in 1948. We feature a choice of books in all disciplines, specializing in aviation and lighter-than-air books. We have especially strong holdings in Akron and Summit County history as well as new and old books relating to Northeast Ohio and the rubber industry. We also supply a large amount of mass market paperbacks in fiction and mystery, various editions of classics, poetry, and juvenile literature.
We have been selling books since 1988 and have been in our present location since 1991. Our inventory includes more than 40,000 hardcover/softcover volumes and about 9,000 mass market paperbacks. While our inventory is all secondhand, a large percentage of our books are in like new condition. We have thousands of out-of-print books as well as many very recent ones. Although our inventory is general in nature, we maintain an emphasis on modern first editions.
We carry the kind of books you'd want if you're leaving the city or just want to survive better where you are, including a goodly selection of religion/spirituality/metaphysics, health and healing, history, adult and children's lit. We are about 10 minutes outside the 275 Circle freeway on the east side of Cincinnati. Hours are mostly by appointment or on weekends.
Once Upon a Thyme is a locally owned bookshop providing community for food admirers. In addition to offering a collection of cookbook treasures and unique kitchenware, we also host a variety of food-related events, such as cooking and baking classes and Kids in the Kitchen sessions. Gramercy Books is a locally-owned, independently-minded neighborhood bookstore located in the heart of Bexley, Ohio. Our philosophy at Gramercy Books is simple: we’re about inspiration and discovery, community and adventure. We connect readers and writers with books they love, and host special events and ongoing visits by authors, poets and songwriters that provoke conversation. Our name, Gramercy, comes from the French words “grand merci,” which translates to “big thanks” or “many thanks.” We’re so grateful. For books. For our customers. With three locations in Medina County, Ohio, our used bookstores are filled with donated books. Sales support our adult literacy and tutoring operations, and we are a registered 501(c)(3) charity. We have books for all ages and interest levels, and the stores are carefully organized and staffed by volunteers to make shopping with us a pleasure. Our prices are extremely low, as another way of helping support literacy in our county.
Our three floors are packed with the newest bestsellers in all categories and a wide variety of on-hand titles in both fiction and nonfiction genres. You'll also find a rotating selection of gently used books garnered from our "trade-in events", and our entire third floor is devoted to children: children's books, activities, puzzles, games, and small gifts.

The Used Bookstore at the Warehouse is the flagship location of the Friends of the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County. Our shelves are home to over 100,000 used books and audiovisual items. Our prices are a fraction of the retail listing, and proceeds go to supporting the Library and promoting literacy in our community. Writing and book clubs meet in our space, and we now host author talks and other programming. We are open three days a week, year-round. Additionally, we have three large book sales per year. In addition to new titles, Smith & Hannon also features a selection of first edition titles available for purchase. Admission to the museum is not required to visit the bookstore.

Main Street Books has been an independent, locally-owned bookstore in Mansfield for over 16 years. We are known for our strong collection of local authors and local interest books as well as for the active role we play in the community with readings, author events, open mics, book club, writing group, and more. We proudly carry books that our big box bookstore overlooks, like those of new authors and small presses.
Books On Center, a used book store in the center of Downtown Marion, Ohio, opened in July 2006. It is located on the corner of W Center & N Prospect at 150 W Center St. in the space formerly occupied by Moloney's Books (closed April 30, 2006). From SR 23, exit on SR 309 and go west 2 miles, 1 block past the Old County Courthouse. Park in front or turn right on the access road next to the Prospect overpass for rear parking.
