We prefer images be under 100kb in file size, but if you are not sure how to reduce the file size, please make sure you are not submitting any image over 10MB. If the form encounters a submission error due to a server time out, please email your store photo directly to info@newpageswork.com with the subject “Submitting Store Photo for Bookstore Name” and please try one more time to submit the form without the photo the next time.
