Delivery Details
Files are not available for immediate download after purchase.
A confirmation email is sent first to verify we have your correct email address and that our emails reach you. After you confirm your order, another email with the Microsoft Excel data file(s) attached will follow.
NewPages hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM EST. If your order falls outside our business hours, you may not get our confirmation request immediately. If you have not received our confirmation email within two business days, please call NewPages at (989) 671-0081 or email Casey Hill at [email protected] (make sure to add this email address to your safe senders list to ensure deliverability).
Checkout Process
- A PayPal account is not required, thanks to the secure guest checkout option.

Terms – Please Read Before Ordering a List
Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about the lists or terms. Once we have sent your data files, we cannot refund your order.
Mailing list counts may change (not drastically) as we correct and update the lists. You can contact us for an updated count if you would like before you make a purchase.
Mailing list data files are sent as Microsoft Excel files, readable on a PC or Mac. All lists are U.S. addresses (except for the Canadian indie bookstores).
Bookstore Email Addresses Are NOT Opt-In
Email addresses provided for indie bookstores only. The Public Library list and Barnes & Noble list do not include email addresses.
Indie bookstore emails
- Are compiled from publicly available sources (such as business websites and Facebook pages)
- Are typically general business contact accounts
- Are not individual owner or buyer personal emails
- Are not collected as opt-in marketing subscriptions
You are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws governing unsolicited commercial email.
Email Deliverability
We have email addresses for about 90% of the bookstores, but this can change. Contact us if you want a current count before ordering.
NewPages does not guarantee email deliverability, inbox placement, or campaign performance.
Bookstore Email accounts may:
- Change
- Be deactivated
- Block unsolicited messages
- Be filtered by spam protection systems
Postal Address Guarantee (U.S. Only)
We actively maintain and update our postal mailing lists.
Counts may change as we correct and update the lists. You can contact us for an updated count if you would like before you make a purchase.
For U.S. postal addresses only:
- We offer reimbursement for postage for undeliverable mail
- Requests must be submitted within 45 days of purchase
- The front of the returned envelope or postcard must be provided
- Maximum refund per address equals the cost of 1-ounce first-class postage at time of purchase
This guarantee applies only to U.S. postal addresses and does not apply to email.

The purchaser is solely responsible for:
- Compliance with CAN-SPAM and any other applicable federal or state laws

- Managing unsubscribes

- Your purchased list is yours for private unlimited use
- Resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited
- Unauthorized resale will be billed at the full unlimited use charge
