Publisher's description: The Tishman Review believes in supporting the creative endeavors of writers around the world. We will always remain open to the possibilities of a work to take us beyond the boundaries known today. We seek to publish work that offers new insights into the human condition, finds beauty in the garish, and calls us to read it again and again.
Our goal is to publish work that enhances our readers’ lives and therefore, fulfills literature’s existential function. In our journal, you will find poetry that emphasizes the concrete over the abstract, fiction that explores the human condition in narrative voices that run the gamut from serious to humorous, and creative nonfiction that will make you think about life and all its peculiarities. The journal also contains art, photography, and comics.
Our mission is to present well-crafted literature from new, emerging and established authors, whether their work makes you laugh or cry or even uncomfortable. Most of all, we hope that you enjoy each and every issue of TTR.
